We ask you to email or call us to cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. Once the picnic is set up, we cannot distribute a refund.
If you spill water, there will not be a fee. However please inform us at the end of your picnic if there are any spills or accidental breakage of any items. If any accident is not reported at the end of the picnic, you will be charged a fee based on the extent of the accident/lost property.
Fees are to be paid in full with in 1-3 days after event date. Extra Fees include cleaning fee, damage fee, lost/missing item fee, smoke fee, late fee and access fee.
The cost for your experience varies based on the location, number of guests, and any additional add-ons you select. The most basic picnic starts at $125 and includes setup and teardown with complimentary water and glasses.
