The cost of your picnic experience varies based on the location, number of guests, and any additional add-ons you select. Please go to “our picnics” to view the options and then “get a quote” to view add-ons. The most basic picnic starts at $125 and includes setup and teardown with complimentary water and glasses.
No one will blame you If you spill water…However please inform us at the end of your picnic if there are any spills or accidental breakage. If any accident is not reported at the end of the picnic, you will be charged a fee based on the extent of the accident/lost property.
Fees are to be paid in full with in 1-3 days after event date. Extra Fees include cleaning fee, damage fee, lost/missing item fee, smoke fee, late fee and access fee.
Per Missoula City guidelines:
Permits are required in some parks. If you are wanting to picnic at any of these locations please make that clear in your form and we will have you fill out the permit with a potential $10 permit fee.

“For persons who pursuant to Montana law are legally old enough to consume and possess alcoholic beverages, such beverages are allowed to be possessed and consumed in certain parks and conservations lands as authorized and provided below. See Missoula Municipal Code sections 12.40.040 A and B and 12.40.057 for requirements and limitations.”
We ask you to email or call us to cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled event. You will receive a partial refund. Once the picnic is set up, we cannot cancel or reschedule.
Yes, but you are in charge of the disposal of any garbage or food scraps produced.
Please fill out the “get a quote” form and then a 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining payment is due no later than 24 hours prior to your event.
As of right now we can host 2-6 people. If you are hoping to use our picnics for a larger group please email us at momentmakerspicnics@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
